General Terms of Service

✣ By requesting a commission, you are agreeing to my Terms of Services.

✣ I have the right to decline any request if i don't feel comfortable or competent with the request.

✣ Do not submit ANY (commissioned or not) of my artwork to AI generated websites, generators, or databases in that group. Do not use my artwork for NFTs, or any other cryptocurrency. Additionally, I will NOT work with any references that used AI.
_{Any and all final pieces will have an anti-AI filter. This is non-negotiable.}

✣ When requesting art of another person's OC, written consent or proof of consent is REQUIRED.

✣ Please take into consideration my style and what I draw before commissioning me. Additionally, please have payment ready before reaching out to me.

✣ All artwork rightfully belong to me. Thus you are not allowed to redistribute any of my artworks (without credit) or claim it as your own. You have the ownership of the artwork itself, but I will have credit of said work. All work by me must be properly credited.

✣ I will retain all artistic copyright—I have the right to stream/ post concepts, wips, and the final piece(s) to social medias/ portfolio. Please notify me if you would like me to refrain from such action.

✣ All artwork will be watermarked with my signature, no exceptions.

✣ DO NOT USE MY WORK FOR HATE SPEECH OR OFFENSIVE CONTENT.

✣ All artwork by me are for PERSONAL USES ONLY. This applies to keychains, prints, and any other physical goods. You are allowed to make physical goods, but not allowed to redistribute it. Other commercial uses, such as logos and branding, are prohibited.


✣ Prices shown are for PERSONAL USES; Private uses will be an additional 20% of the original price; Commercial uses must be discussed beforehand and will be an additional 50% of the original price.

✣ Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate cancellation. Upon doing so, you will be blacklisted.

Payment/ Refund

✣ All payment must be 100% upfront or after sketch confirmation.

✣ All payments are in USD and will be made through Paypal, Kofi, Cashapp, or VGen. Other accepted forms of payment: Identity V Echoes (Top-up Shop)

✣ After the sketch has been sent, no further progress will be made until payment is sent and confirmed.

✣ Progress shots will be sent throughout the commission or if asked.

✣ I have the right to refuse a commission. If only the sketch was made, you will receive a full refund.

✣ After the sketch is made, you will NOT be able to refund the commission.

Artwork/ Delivery

✣ After the sketch has been sent, no further progress will be made until payment is sent and confirmed.

✣ Progress shots will be sent throughout the commission or if asked.

✣ You will have the chance to freely revise anything and everything during the concept > sketch > color blocking phase. Anything after will only be minor fixes such as expression changes, color adjustments, removing small details, etc. Small revisions are free, but large revisions such as full color/ pose/ character changes will be an additional charge ($10)

✣ Please provide a clear image/ reference of the character you would like to commission. If you're unable to provide an image, please provide a detailed description. I will ask along the way for any corrections and changes if this is the case. Please refrain from unclear, blurry, and/ or opaque watermarks that makes the reference unreadable.

✣ If possible, provide an idea, concept, or pose of what you would like drawn. If you are unable to, I will provide thumbnailed concepts for you to choose from. Keep in mind that these are more subject to changes/ adjustments if that is the case.

✣ Your commission should be finished within the TAT stated with each gem. If I cannot meet the deadline given, I will NOTIFY you for such and ask for a possible extension.

✣ Due to being a student and having a personal life, strict deadlines are more difficult to follow through. I will typically provide a rough estimate of when it will be completed upon sketch confirmation and/ or during the final/ render stages.

✣ Any strict deadlines/ rush orders will come at an additional fee ($20) and must be notified a 2 MONTHS in advance.
